Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tricart. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Item significantly different from the product description
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return or refund due to a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, customers must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package, starting from when the sealed package is first shown until the item is fully unpacked.
This video helps verify that the issue occurred before or during delivery and is required for claim verification.
Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items on sale or purchased with a discount code
- Perishable goods, personal care, or hygiene products
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support.tricart@protonmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- The mandatory unboxing video (for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item claims)
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions if approved.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- For UPI, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit Card payments, refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI. Please provide your bank account or UPI details when submitting your return request.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
